Transfer funds to/from Poker

How to transfer to Poker

To play poker for real money at CasinoEuro you have to transfer funds to your Poker account.

Log in to your CasinoEuro main account from our web-site.

Enter Poker, Move Funds.

Confirm the amount you want to covert and transfer.

Transfer fee on transfers to/from poker

The currencies have a different sell and buy rate. The prices totally depend on the exchange rate which is based on the demand and supply of the different currencies. So in comparison Dollar/Euro is of different value then Euro/Dollar. At CasinoEuro this is an unfortunate but necessary thing to prevent people from speculating on the exchange rate market and moving money between accounts in order to make a profit. The banks announce their sale/buy prices daily. CasinoEuro does not charge any extra fees on transfers between accounts.

Issues with transfer to Poker

Missing poker transfer(s)

You have transferred funds from your CasinoEuro account to Poker but the funds are not available in your Poker account

SOLUTION

Try to log out of the Poker client then log in again and see if your balance has been updated. Our financial department is handling transfer related incidents regularly and releases the funds back to your base account if they are pending. We are always able to trace missing transfers.

Please note that during weekends this procedure can take longer time than usual.

Transfer limit reached (Poker transfers)

At CasinoEuro you have a transfer limit on $1000 per day (24 hrs). If you have reached your transfer limit and want to remove this limit we have to verify you as a customer first.

This is a standard security procedure we provide for our customers. Please contact Customer Support on LIVE chat for instant help. If you are a new customer we need you to fill a CCA-form to be verified as a full customer.

Handhistory

How to find the reference number for a specific Poker hand

To find the reference number for a specific poker hand you have to be seated at your table. When you are seated at the Poker table, look in the table browser history under the tab Game play info.

Ex: R5-4768095-31

How to search for a hand

To search for a specific hand, enter the Poker page at our web-site.

Click on Hand history in the menu on the left hand side and enter the reference number for the specific hand you want to convert.

Ex: R5-4768095-31

How to read a hand history

Here you have an example of a hand: "R5-4758817-425". Search on this hand in the Hand history page.

First you have detailed information which includes table name, what stakes you were playing, date and time in EST and stack size before the hand started.

Then the hand follows with small blind, big blind, pre-flop action, action on turn, action on river and then the showdown. Summary is the balance count after the hand has ended.

Short term explanation: c = clubs, s = spades, d = diamonds and h = hearts.

Rake = Amount taken from the total pot as rake to CasinoEuro for hosting the game.

Tracking programs (information)

Please be advised that most third party poker software is incompatible with our software and we do not support any issues regarding them. If there are any inconsistencies between the poker tracker and the information in our network, we know the information from our network is correct.

Some trackers might for instance not be able to record the hands properly. If you are using the download client you might have issues with the statistics function as most poker trackers conflict with it. Also some poker trackers have been known to cause severe issues with the download client leading to the player having to reboot. It is up to the player to decide if the advantage of using one of these trackers outweighs the potential issues.

We can't give any information on how each third party software works and collects data, as we are not responsible for their programming and maintenance.

Issues

Funds missing from Cash games

If you have left your table or your table was closed due to an incident and your balance is incorrect this is what you should do:

  • Note down the time the incident occurred, amount you had at the table and what stakes you were playing.
  • If you played several tables and all of them shut down, please note that this happened due to a general issue and that the standard here is that you will be refunded 24-48 hours after the incident occurred.
  • Try to log out of the Poker client and then log in again. See if your balance has been updated. Please note that your balance might not be updated at all times, and you should wait 10-15 minutes before contacting Customer Support regarding your balance.

Frozen Tournaments or other incidents related to Tournaments/SNGs

When a tournament or Sit & Go stops please have a look in the lobby chat in the poker client. If you can see that other players have been affected by this incident, contact Customer Support straight away. If the incident has been reported you will be informed. We will also have a moderator in the lobby when an incident occurs to inform everyone on the procedures and incident information.

Please read our tournament refund policy here.
